Dalen runs commercial strategy and sales at Builtneat. He has extensive experience running businesses in the broadcasting environment. Dalen holds a Master of Business Leadership (with distinction) from the Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership (2014) and a Bcom Financial Accounting from UCT (2004)
